November can be a busy month. Take time out and  Feel Energised & relaxed during this wellbeing, pre Christmas, weekend with Lizanne and Ali.

9pm Candlelight fireside Yoga Nedra And Mindful movement with Ali

SATURDAY

9am – 10am  Breakfast
10.15 am  – 11.15am  Saturday Pilates with Lizanne
11.30 – 2.30 pm  Guided Hike into the Wicklow hills


2.30pm Warming lunch on your return or packed lunch TBC

Free Time / Chillout Time & Hot Tub (treatments e can be pre-booked at extra cost )

4.30pm "Managing Stress and Building Resilience" a Mindfullness Session with Ali 

7.30 pm Dinner / outdoor BBQ / pizza (weather permitting) Free time after to use the hot tub and relax in front of the fire

10pm Candlelight fireside Yoga Nedra with Ali with a “mindfulness to help manage stress & build resilience” session.

SUNDAY

9am -Mindful Yin style yoga with pranayama & relaxation practice with Ali
10 am  Breakfast
11am  – 12 pm Power Pilates with Lizanne
12.30 pm light lunch and goodbyes

Mindfullness Session Session with Ali 

Mindfulness means intentionally paying attention to your present-moment experience with mindful attitudes such as acceptance, curiosity, self-compassion and openness.

We spend up to 47% of our lives in auto pilot.  In this auto pilot mode our minds are preoccupied with the future – planning and possibly worrying about the “what if”, and, when we’re not there we may be ruminating about the past “I should have, why didn’t I do that?

In these modes of mind we miss out on what truly matters, and what can actually make a “real” difference to our lives, and that is the present moment.

All the latest neuro scientific research shows that practicing mindfulness makes people happier, less stressed and more resilient to the inevitable challenges of life.

In our mindfulness session we will learn the basic tools and skills of how to become aware of the present moment, how to notice habitual unhelpful patterns in our thinking, and what to do to live a more full and satisfying life.
